Fifth Cass Learn About Water Harvesting System
Brian’s fifth class had a visit from Davis O’ Sullivan who is a mechanical engineed with the the contractors who built our school. They learnt all about our water harvesting system. Rain water from the roof of the school is collected in an underground tank, from there it goes through a filter and then it is pumped into a tank in the attic. This water is used to fush the toilets. It saves us using a lot of treated water and is kinder to the environment!
